Did you know that working with an ADHD coach is considered to be one of the top supports for ADHD?
I’m here to help
Without support, people with ADHD often feel overwhelmed and unproductive, and battle with low self-esteem and negative self-talk. It can be a lonely and frustrating experience, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

Hi, I’m Aoife
I am an ADDCA trained and ICF accredited ADHD coach (ACC). I work with adults and parents of ADHD children. I also deliver webinars and talks on ADHD specialising in the areas of education and parenting.
I am a late diagnosed ADHD adult who knows too well how hard it can be to navigate life with a neurodivergent brain.
For years, I struggled with anxiety, memory loss, time blindness, and low self-esteem, without understanding why.
It was not until I received my late diagnosis that I began to understand my own neurodivergent brain. I learnt how to harness my strengths and extend kindness and compassion to myself. Now I help others to do the same.
