“The ripple effect of working with Aoife has been immeasurable for our family. I felt at such a loss for my son who was struggling a lot with his ADHD challenges, anxiety and his emotions. Within a few sessions the knowledge and understanding we had as a family was transformative. It wasn’t just my son who benefited, but the whole family. The best part was how easy it was to learn and to implement the strategies that Aoife taught us. In addition the resources Aoife shared with us, have been invaluable. I cannot recommend her enough.”
