My coaching takes a neuro-affirmative, strengths-based, and brain-aware approach, fostering understanding and creating a positive, supportive environment where everyone’s needs are met and respected.
The process is simple and flexible, starting with an initial block of six fortnightly sessions. During each session, we’ll explore your family’s strengths, challenges, and goals, while I provide practical strategies and tools to improve well-being, harmony, and happiness. For one-to-one coaching, I’ll help you identify your needs, set realistic objectives, and develop an action plan to build confidence and stay motivated. At the sixth session, we’ll review your progress and plan for the next steps together.

“The ripple effect of working with Aoife has been immeasurable for our family. I felt at such a loss for my son who was struggling a lot with his ADHD challenges, anxiety and his emotions. Within a few sessions the knowledge and understanding we had as a family was transformative. It wasn’t just my son who benefited, but the whole family.
