One to one ADHD coaching can help you improve your productivity, organisation, time management, self-esteem, relationships, and overall mental health and well-being.

I provide personalised and supportive ADHD coaching to help you achieve your goals and overcome challenges. As a trained professional who understands the strengths and struggles of neurodivergence and ADHD, I will partner with you to develop strategies, skills, and habits that suit your unique brain.
In a one to one coaching session, we will work together to identify your needs, set realistic and attainable objectives, and create an action plan to achieve them. You will also receive feedback and encouragement to help you stay focused, motivated, and to build your confidence.

As your coach, I will be led by you, your desires, goals and needs. We will both take an overarching look at these in your initial call and then create a plan to move forward.
