FAQs for Adults with ADHD

  • Prior to taking the first step, it is important to note that coaching is a process. In order to get a real sense of how it works and to reap lasting benefits it is recommend that you sign up for a minimum of 6 sessions.

Whether we are working together regarding you / your child’s ADHD and/or emotional regulation, there is no quick fix. It requires an investment of your time. Therefore signing up for one or two sessions is not an option I can provide.

However once the first 6 sessions have been completed, you can then decide if you need more and the frequency of those sessions going forward. We can talk about this in more detail in the first free call.

  • An ADHD coach is a life coach who has completed speciliased training in ADHD and partners with people who have ADHD to help them learn to harness their strengths and address their challenges directly. ADHD coaching is a collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented process in which the coach and the client work together to identify the client's goals and then develop the self-awareness, systems, skills, and strategies necessary for the client to achieve those goals and full potential.
