Meet Aoife
I am an ICF accredited life coach, specialising in ADHD, based in County Sligo, Ireland. I am a late diagnosed ADHD adult who knows too well how hard it can be to navigate life with a neurodivergent brain.
For years, I struggled with anxiety, memory loss, time blindness, and low self-esteem, without understanding why. In school, I was scattered, distracted, and bored.

I was told that I was 'bad at art' and so could never understand where my creativity came from. For many years I felt like I did not belong. I believed I was lagging behind my friends and peers and frequently felt like a failure. This was especially true when I became a mother.
It was not until I received my late diagnosis that I began to understand my own neurodivergent brain. I learnt how to harness my strengths and extend kindness and compassion to myself. I began to celebrate my unique way of thinking, learning, and expressing myself. I learnt how to use these to my advantage. I also developed skills to manage the challenges of ADHD, such as poor time management, lack of focus and procrastination.
I became an ADHD coach to help other neurodivergent adults and families discover their potential and live a fulfilling life. Everyone deserves to be content, confident, and successful, regardless of their neurotype. To that end, I offer personalised neurodivergent coaching sessions, blended with neuroscience and mental health education to elevate your coaching experience.
