Prior to taking the first step, it is important to note that coaching is a process. In order to get a real sense of how it works and to reap lasting benefits it is recommend that you sign up for 6 sessions (minimum of 4).
Whether we are working together regarding you / your child’s ADHD and/or emotional regulation, there is no quick fix. It requires an investment of your time. Therefore signing up for one or two sessions is not an option I can provide.
However once the first 4-6 sessions have been completed, you can then decide if you need more and the frequency of those sessions going forward. We can talk about this in more detail in the first free call.

An ADHD coach is a trained professional who works with people who have ADHD to address their challenges directly. They help their clients to develop a better understanding of their ADHD, including the unique abilities and challenges it presents, to identify the skills and strategies they need, and leverage these skills and strategies to achieve their goals.
ADHD coaching is a collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented process in which the coach and the client work together to identify the client's goals and then develop the self-awareness, systems, skills, and strategies necessary for the client to achieve those goals and full potential.

The coaching process is set up to give you/your family tools to lead a fulfilling life. There is no one-size fits all so the honest answer is, as long as you and your brain need.
This is why signing up for the first four sessions will give you a real sense of how the process works and the progress you can make in that time. You will then have a better idea of what you would like or need going forward.
